On April 27th, “Dancing with the Stars Season 2″ aired its first episode, which served as a prologue to introduce the stars of the cast and their dance partners. Hyoyeon’s partner was revealed to be Kim Hyungsuk, a dancer who participated in the 2012 Taiwan International Open and won first place at the 2007 Gangnam Festival.
The two introduced themselves and held their first practice session together, going over steps for a dance with a style Hyoyeon wasn’t familiar with. Hyoyeon then revealed that though she’s performed many types of dances in the past, she has never danced closely with a partner, and thus wasn’t used to a dance that called for being touched.
Starting next week, episodes of “Dancing with the Stars Season 2″ will be broadcasted live every Friday at 9:55 PM KST.
